Operations & Analysis

Chief Operating Officer Michelle Meier, oversees Design Packaging’s global business around the clock. Complete visibility of our supply chain process allows for collaborative decision making between planning, purchasing, and design to happen in real-time. This approach creates flexibility at all stages of production and distribution, while analyzing and communicating the ever-changing dynamics of a global supply chain.

Our manufacturing methodology has also allowed us to form long term partnerships in Asia enabling us to truly value engineer, develop large buys of raw materials, and streamline production processes.
DPI’s Asia team, established within each manufacturing supplier provides the oversight required to reduce material wastage, increase output while maintaining pricing, and manage our quality assurance procedures.

Understanding that each brand has unique needs, we’ve built a customizable Supply Planning Process that’s scalable to suit those individual needs. Our goal is to create flexibility, personalization, and to eliminate supply-chain friction at every opportunity.
