BARBWIRE

The West is wild again. The fashion days of John Wayne and Calamity Jane are brought to life with an urban flare and an undeniably western edge. From pink cowgirl boots to diamond frosted belt buckles, Barbwire makes it possible for anyone to have a Yee-Haw of a good time shopping. The fashions of Barbwire will have you stylishly riding…or driving off into the sunset. The goal of Design Packaging was to provide Barbwire with a packaging program that spurred on this stylish western flare. Their shopping bag is made from natural kraft paper printed to look as if it has a rough leather feel. Since not all cowboys and cowgirls have rough hands, the bag is completed with copper double-faced satin ribbon handles.

To store the chic belts and accessories, Design Packaging created a faux suede pouch that compliments Barbwire’s shopping bags. The brown pouch is embroidered in a metallic copper thread and has a draw cord closure. Inspired by the western culture, Barbwire’s gift box resembles that of a cowboy’s tack box - a hinged wooden box covered with embossed leather-like material giving the box a vintage western look.

Western wear has been a fashion favorite for years and Design Packaging was able to work with Barbwire to create an “outlawed” packaging program.
To store the classic and chic belts and accessories Design Packaging created faux suede pouch to compliment Barbwire’s shopping bags. The gift box has a western vintage look with minimal cost.
